I work mostly with Perl, sh, Linux and Apache but sometimes I tinker with Java, Solaris, Oracle and PostgreSQL. I'm very interested in open source and I have made some very small contributions to some commonly used software but by far my most important work has been the Finnish Linux HOWTO but it seems to me that time has passed Linux Documentation Project and at least Finnish Linux HOWTO. There are some things I'd like to update, though.
Amusingly my first name Ari stands for angry in Swedish (spelling is actually arg but the pronounciation is identical). In Japanese ari stands for ant. The kanji for ant is 蟻.
